Inadequate air conditioning despite complaints!!! Struggled with confusing hotel entrance and unclear signage!!! Better maintenance responses for issues like heating would enhance comfort!!! Room sizes felt cramped, leaving no space to move around!!!

The location was exceptionally nice, to everything you might want to see, in the shopping area. Kluuvi district was worth exploring. I got modern room with airco and many amenities and many nice touches as advertised...

The Double Room had a very excellent setup. It offered a well-equipped kitchen with essential items. Coffee and snacks were a good touch. The strong Wi-Fi and Chromecast on the TV were unexpected perks that added to the convenience. The bathroom's ventilation was quite noisy was nice. The toilet could use an update as it looked somewhat dated compared to other rooms. The location next to the metro was fantastic. While most aspects of the stay were enjoyable, the noise from the ventilation and the dated bathroom comfort could use improvements.

The rooms turned out to be stylish and big size with airco. Shower facilities, a hairdryer, and bath sheets were very handy. The staff was very friendly, they made our trip

I was upgraded to perfectly clean and well-designed double room with bunk beds. The room had a work desk, multi-channel television, and ironing facilities plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures.

I enjoyed the impressive cleanliness and thoughtful amenities like a reusable water bottle and Polaroid for capturing memories. The communal kitchen was stocked with essentials .

Oh man, the marinated fish at nearby Artisan Cafe was a revelation! The Social kitchen concept allowed me to whip up breakfast without breaking the bank. It's rare to find such a chill setup in a hotel.

Room 201 was right next to the entrance, so every arrival brought some late-night shoe-cleaning ruckus that had me wide awake. Plus, the shower curtain situation meant I got more water splashes than I bargained for.

The attention to detail was very nice with amenities like reusable water bottles and personalized welcome messages. I especially loved the shared kitchen stocked with a variety of snacks and breakfast items like porridge and eggs.

The location was perfect for our family. We loved being able to walk to the nearby metro and explore places like the South Harbour. The instant camera was a fun touch for capturing memories with my older kids.

My wife says that the bathroom layout could use improvement.

The room was clean with an amazing setup, and i loved the little touches like snacks and a phone charger. The location was perfect, steps away from the city center, made my staycation even better!
